Yoga Ball Flip

I am not a very sporty person myself, and to be frank I don't really care much about sport in general (although sometimes I like to watch the WRC)

On the other hand I do admire peoples abilities and give credit where it is due, as in the case of this man here who has done the coolest thing I have seen all day (even though it is 00.31!)
